Bacillus cereus

As a countermeasure against nitrite, we succeeded in cultivating bacillus cereus in a single substance.

As a result of conducting microbial analysis tests at the Tama Research Institute of the Japan Food Research Laboratories,

● Species identification (Bacillus cereus)

● Analyzed for the presence or absence of toxins (bacteria that do not have vomiting or diarrhea poison), it is being sold to domestic manufacturers and has received high evaluation.

Nitrites: Organic matter such as excretions and leftovers from fish becomes ammonia, which is a very high toxin. Ammonia is eaten by filtering bacteria, and as a result, a highly toxic "nitrite" is produced. Water with nitrous acid is harmful to fish, so it is important to remove it.
